The application is designed as a clear, easy-to-use, and convenient electronic tutoring logbook for daily tracking. Teachers can manage classes, student profiles, lessons, attendance, tests, tuition fees, and announcements all in one place.

With the Extra Classroom feature, teachers can:

• Manage classes and student profiles

• Create individual lessons or recurring schedules
• Save lesson content, homework, and lesson status
• Take attendance for each session and view attendance history
• Create tests, enter scores, add comments, and publish results
• Track tuition fees by month, session, or course

• Record payments and check tuition payment status
• Send notifications to parents and students

• Export attendance records, grade books, tuition fee records, lesson plans, and lesson logs to Excel

Parents can track their child's schedule, lesson content, homework, attendance, scores, announcements, and tuition fees. Parents can also request absences for upcoming lessons directly within the app.

Students can view their schedule, homework, test results, and teacher announcements within the shared scope.

The app supports three distinct roles: teacher, parent, and student. Teachers can link accounts using an invitation code, lock viewing permissions, or unlink accounts as needed.
