2023-03-28	Ba*****	Posting review after my 50th attempt to book a cab over the last 30 days from various locations across Kolkata. All my booking attempts have failed with no cabs being available. Seems to be a beta app developed by a naive developer instead of a commercial app aimed at providing service to the customers.

2023-03-08	Sa*****	Worse service I have never seen before. Lots of bugs and showing fake data. I have tried more than 50 times till now, but not even once has the booking been made. It will show you that drives are available and near you, but don't believe it and don't waste your time. You can use Rapido because it is genuine and most of the time there are offers. I think LyftIndia hired 2 drivers and is showing 2 lakhs of drives on the map. Don't waste time trying to book.
