User Reviews

Users praise the app for rich, diverse content and strong reading/listening features, making it a solid Mandarin self-learning tool. However, international access is hampered by registration and payment barriers, and several stability issues persist across devices. E-book downloads/reading often fail, and battery drain is a concern. Overall, content quality is high, but usability and international accessibility need improvement.

Pros

Rich and diverse knowledge content (courses, eBooks, lectures)
Good reading and listening experience (read and listen to books)
Mandarin self-learning friendly with high-quality content
Overall high-quality learning resources praised by users

Cons

International registration and payment barriers for overseas users (SMS verification failures, no overseas payment options, currency restrictions)
App instability and device-specific crashes/playback interruptions (crashes on Pixel 9 Pro XL, playback stops on Samsung Z Fold 4)
E-book download/read issues (cannot download, offline reading fails, reading UI responsiveness problems)
Battery drain/high background usage affecting device performance
