This application is a manual tool.
* Select from four buttons to record a current mood label.
* View a text quote that changes each time a mood is recorded.
* Display the most frequently recorded mood label at the top of the list.
* View a list of the five most recent mood records with time stamps.
* Delete any individual record from the recent list using a delete icon.
* Read a text summary about the local storage nature of the tool.
