2024-10-26	Ca*****	My shopping experience has been amazing with this company. The customer service is second to none. The fabric quality is superb. My only problem has been in not quite knowing the exact sizes needed. I had to return two dresses. One for refund and one for exchange. The exchange is out for delivery now and I just notified them of the exchange 2 days ago. Moving forward, we will always order from Lulus. At a time when customer service is in the toilet with so many company's, Lulus is on top. Ty!
