GymMe is a simple, fast app for planning and tracking strength workouts, designed so it never gets in your way between sets. It also teaches proper technique: every exercise comes with step-by-step instructions and a 3D animation.

EXERCISE LIBRARY WITH 3D ANIMATIONS
The built-in library covers every muscle group: chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, thighs, glutes, calves and abs. For each exercise you get:
• a 3D animation showing the full movement, from the starting position through the hardest point and back, viewed from several angles and rotatable with a swipe;
• highlighted working muscles, both primary and secondary, changing color with the intensity of the effort during the movement;
• step-by-step instructions: starting position, execution and tips on technique and breathing.

WORKOUT PLANS
Build your own workout plans, add exercises from the built-in library or your own, and set the target number of sets, reps and weights for every exercise.

ACTIVE WORKOUT
During a workout you see exactly what you need: the current exercise, the sets still to do, and your previous results. One tap on an exercise opens the animation so you can check your technique. The built-in rest timer starts automatically after you log a set and alerts you with a sound or vibration, even when your phone is locked.

YOUR TRANSFORMATION
Track your body weight over time and add progress photos to see your transformation with your own eyes, in a chronological view.

WORKS OFFLINE
Use GymMe without creating an account: all your data stays locally on your phone. If you create an account, your plans and history sync automatically between your devices.
