Notification History Manager

Your phone does not need to interrupt you thirty times a day.

Notification Manager watches what arrives, quietly clears what does not matter, keeps a searchable notification history of everything, and keeps reminding you about the few notifications that actually need an answer.

WHAT IT DOES
• Sorts every notification into Important, Later or Blocked — starting with the very first one. No setup wizard, no training period.
• Keeps important things coming back until they are done. Mark an item Done inside the app, or snooze it until you can deal with it.
• Files everything else into a notification history you can search by app, title or text.

A NOTIFICATION HISTORY THAT ACTUALLY REMEMBERS
• Everything it clears is recorded, grouped by app and by day.
• A daily breakdown shows where the noise came from: promotions, recommendations, social activity, news.
• Filter by Important, Later, Blocked or left alone, then search the full text of anything you have received.
• Choose how long history is kept, and delete all of it whenever you want.

RULES YOU SET ONCE
• App rules: decide per app whether it counts as Important, Later or Blocked, or leave it on Auto. Set it once and it never asks again.
• Keyword rules: pick a plain word and how notifications containing it should be treated — for one app or for all of them. No regex, no wildcards, no rule builder.
• Quiet mode: hold everything back for 30 minutes, four hours, until tomorrow morning, or until you turn it off, for every app or only the ones you pick.

SAFE BY DESIGN
Calls, messages, verification codes, security alerts, payments, transactions and appointments are never cleared automatically, and no setting lets quiet mode hold them back. Anything quiet mode does hold is filed in History and waiting there when it ends — nothing is dropped.

If you would rather it never touch your notification shade at all, turn off automatic clearing and it will simply sort and record in the background.

No account, no sign-in, no server, no sync. Sorting happens on your device and notification content never leaves it.
