Ball Touches utilize alternating sole taps to improve contact and touch. Shadow Dribbling improves your ability to make sharp direction changes in a small, confined area. Short Acceleration drills develop explosive 5–10 meter sprint starts. Single-Leg Balance exercises strengthen ankle stability and coordination. Finally, Leg Mobility covers calves, hamstrings, and hip flexors to keep you limber. Each drill in Khelostar displays suggested duration tags, helping you plan your training session before you even begin.

Run high-intensity interval sessions with our built-in work and rest timer. Default settings are 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest, and 6 total rounds. You can easily adjust work seconds, rest seconds, and the number of rounds to perfectly match your fitness level. Pick a mode label such as Quick Feet, Ball Control, Sprint, or Custom to categorize your activity. Start, pause, reset, or skip phases at any time during your workout. When all rounds are finished, Khelostar automatically counts the session towards your overall progress statistics.

Follow a structured session outline designed for consistency: start with a 5-minute warm-up and mobility flow, move into 8 minutes of fast footwork, perform 10 minutes of ball control with sole taps and shadow dribbling, and finish with a 5-minute recovery stretch for calves, hips, and hamstrings. The weekly day overview helps you stay oriented, and you can mark today's session as complete with just one tap. Khelostar ensures you never lose track of your routine.

The intuitive home screen displays your completed sessions, endurance score, and daily hydration intake. Today's focus cards provide direct links to essential quick feet drills and the interval timer. An endurance card displays your current score with a clear progress bar. A weekly goal card tracks completed sessions towards a five-session target. A performance pulse block and a suggested next drill give you a clear, actionable starting point for your training.

💧 HYDRATION TRACKING
Manage your daily hydration effortlessly inside Khelostar. Add or remove water in 250 ml steps with simple plus and minus controls. A visual glass fill and progress bar display your status towards a 2500 ml daily goal. Your hydration total appears on the dashboard so you can monitor intake before and after football sessions. Note that all water intake data is saved locally on your device for your privacy.

🍌 FUEL AND CALORIE AWARENESS
Review simple pre-training fuel ideas, such as banana with yogurt, whole-grain toast, or an oat bowl, suggested 60–90 minutes before your longer sessions. Use the daily calorie control tool to add meal calories manually, set a daily target, and view progress on a dedicated calorie bar.
