Luck Alignment

Luck Alignment is a posture and habit support app designed to help users stay mindful of how they sit, stand and move throughout the day. Its dark interface combines black, yellow and deep blue elements, while the welcome screen introduces the idea of gradually building better posture habits through regular reminders and simple daily actions.

The main dashboard provides access to Exercises, Tips, Settings and Progress, along with information about the next scheduled reminder. Exercise cards include activities such as Shoulder Squeeze and Chin Tuck, with illustrations, instructions, hold duration, repetition targets and a completion option. The Tips area offers short posture suggestions covering balanced standing, avoiding uneven leaning and maintaining gentle core engagement during everyday activities.

Luck Alignment also includes custom reminder settings and progress monitoring. Users can switch posture notifications on or off, adjust reminder intervals, define active hours and select preferred start and end times. The Progress section summarises reminders sent and exercises completed during the day, while a weekly chart provides a visual overview of exercise activity across the week.
