The Contractor Estimator Express is an application that will be used by quantity surveyor to build construction BOQ rates for pricing bills of quantities. the App has a data bank of over 2000 rate build ups which a quantity surveyor can customize quickly by changing prices or resources for a quick rate build up. The App also allows a construction Engineer to quickly calculate materials requirement by simply entering areas or volumes on the App
