pls update the app

Same as all the other 1 comments. App every day doesn't connect. I need to unbind and reconnect, and sometimes, it won't reconnect at all. Useless.

nothing work! total trash app

Too bad watch shut off it won't start again ,just waisting money 😤

Doesn't work anymore!

Not able to use it at first is could not pair and then even after uninstall and reinstall it is now froze to allow camera, but doesn't take my response

Umidigi watch stopped synchronizing with the app, time drifted and was inaccurate. Un-installed the app, reinstalled, disconnect and reconnect from Bluetooth, still not able to synchronize. In the end, I reset the watch to Factory Default and charge it to 100%. Restarted synchronization process from scratch and it finally worked !

does not let me sign in

I have two watches that use the Paiactive app and it's been a pain to use since the beginning. Right now after working for both watches it now doesn't sync at all with one of them. No matter what I do to reset everything and start fresh I can't. So one watch is sitting gathering dust. If the other way stops working I have no watch.
