VPhone Fit is a sensor-powered fitness tracker that turns the phone you already carry into a practical workout companion. Start a home workout without a smartwatch, chest strap, or extra equipment. Choose an exercise, follow the phone-position guidance, and let your phone help count clean reps while you move.

SMART REP COUNTER FOR HOME WORKOUTS
VPhone Fit uses your phone's built-in sensors to recognize movement patterns and count reps for:
- Squats and lunges for lower-body strength
- Push-ups and planks for upper-body and core work
- Punches for quick strike drills
- Jump rope, high knees, calf raises, and Russian twists for cardio and conditioning
- Running in place with step counting and estimated equivalent distance

Each exercise is designed around a practical phone position. Hold the phone at chest height, secure it in a pocket or running belt, or place it flat on the floor when the movement requires proximity detection. Clear setup guidance helps you start with the right position instead of guessing.

PERSONALIZED FITNESS METRICS
Your profile height and weight help personalize BMI, calorie estimates, and the running-in-place distance calculation, so your progress summaries are more relevant to you.

ESTIMATED EQUIVALENT DISTANCE FOR RUNNING IN PLACE
Running in place does not create real GPS distance. VPhone Fit labels the result as Estimated Equivalent Distance and calculates it from your step count and height. Choose metric, imperial, or Auto in Settings. Short sessions remain readable with meters or feet, while longer sessions use kilometres or miles.

WORKOUT PLANS AND FITNESS STATS
Create workout plans, save a favourite routine, and return to training quickly. After each session, review duration, reps, calories, and exercise-level results. Stats include calorie breakdowns by exercise, estimated distance, duration trends, workout history, activity heatmaps, XP, streaks, and badges.

TRAIN BODY AND MIND TOGETHER
Train mode connects movement with learning. Pick an exercise and a flashcard deck, then review cards while completing your reps in one focused session. Learn mode helps you manage decks and review progress, so you can build physical and mental habits together.

ZEN BREATHING FOR DAILY CALM
Zen Mode provides guided inhale, hold, and exhale rhythms with preset breathing patterns, ambient sound themes, and Zen streak tracking. Use it to cool down, refocus, or create a calmer routine alongside your workouts.

LOCAL-FIRST AND READY FOR HOME TRAINING
Workout history, progress, flashcard activity, and Zen sessions are saved locally for a fast offline-first experience. VPhone Fit is designed for beginners, home exercisers, busy people, and anyone who wants one simple app for movement, focus, and calm.
