For a small chain (3, maybe 4 locally owned shops), I respect that they are trying to utilize an app. My biggest frustration is that you can't simply pay for your order. You have to BUY a gift card of a PRE-DETERMINED amount and then use it to order. Which is foolish already but since my local shop has apparently closed down, it's absolutely useless.

Fresh bagels every day! Employees seem to have knowledge of their product and food is prepared as ordered.

I tried to use this app to order take out. They make you buy a gift card to use to check out. You can't just pay for your order. Total waste of time. Instead of being able to preorder and pick up, I have to go and wait for the order.
