App used to work great, but the last 4 prescription refill requests that I have used the app for have not made it to the pharmacy to be filled. I'm close to giving up on the app for this as there is no benefit to sending a request thatmy local pharmacy never gets.

The app is simple to use and it is much better than the SDM app as you can send in a new prescription from your phone and by the time you drive to the store your prescription is ready for pickup!! 98% of the time my refill request goes through without a hitch.
