Is ok, but I will not order frozen food for next day delivery anymore. Frozen items got delivered almost totally unfrozen. As the supermarket is very close, how did you manage that ? Must be some bad logistics planning combined with no adequate container to transport frozen food. You should review you delivery process.

No way of cancelling or changing orders once placed, even if they haven't been delivered within one hour - which now happens very frequently - and two recent orders that I placed were cancelled by the store with no explanation. Refunds then take up 2 week to receive. What a nightmare!
