You can use it immediately without logging in. However, since your entered history is saved on the browser/device you are currently using, your history may not be visible if you delete the data or access it from a different device.

Please use Google Login to access the same history across multiple devices or to store your data securely. You can view the same data on all devices with just a single login, without a separate registration process.
