[this app is not released as a free/open source program, so this app is missing in f-droid.]

It feels like this data collection is primarily for the company's profit, which can be frustrating for users. I'm sorry, but I don't recommend this app for download

It should ask a broader area question, like what state are you looking to buy in. Didn't help me at all, hence the rating given. Uninstalling.
