DataSaver Pro helps you monitor, manage, and review mobile data usage directly on your device.

The app uses Android VpnService to create a local VPN connection on your device. This local connection supports traffic statistics, data limits, and rules configured by the user. DataSaver Pro is not a remote VPN, does not change your network location, does not route traffic through developer-owned servers, and does not speed up your network.

Local VPN notice:
Android shows a VPN icon while DataSaver Pro is running. This is required system behavior for apps that use VpnService. Rules configured by the user may affect connectivity for selected apps or domains.

Permissions:
• Usage Access: used to show per-app data usage. If not granted, per-app statistics will be limited.
• Notifications: used to show status while DataSaver Pro is active.
• VpnService: used to create a local VPN for on-device data monitoring and user-configured rules.

DataSaver Pro is designed to describe exactly what the app does: monitor data usage, show statistics, and apply local rules configured by the user.
