Doesn't always apply streak freezes. My daughter was disappointed to see her 21 days streak start over completing a lesson and it not completely registering in the app. However the team was gracious enough to look into the issie and resolve it. Also, the app used to start over and force you to scroll to the new chapter where you left off. But it has since been fixed as well. Great customer service!
