Echo: See With Your Voice

Echo is a minimal, atmospheric puzzle-exploration game set in total darkness. You can't see anything; your voice is your only tool.

HOW TO PLAY
• Touch and drag on the left side of the screen: walk.
• Tap the right side: whisper. Nearby walls light up briefly.
• Hold and release on the right side: shout. You see much further, but careful, something in the dark is listening.
• Listen for the exit bell and head toward it.

RULES OF THE DARK
• Pits: red squares are holes; remember what you have seen.
• Fragile bridges: shout near them and they collapse.
• Sleepers: shout and they wake up and come to where the sound came from.
• Rhythm doors: light up the door, read the pattern and play it with your voice. Dot = whisper, dash = shout.

FEATURES
• 50 levels, each bigger and harder than the last
• 11 hand-crafted tutorial levels, then increasingly difficult mazes
• Optional microphone mode: really whisper or shout
• Directional 3D sound with headphones
• No ads, no account, no internet

PRIVACY
The microphone is used only if you turn it on, and only to measure loudness. No audio is recorded, stored or sent anywhere. The game collects no personal data.

Headphones recommended.
