I love everything about logix and their customer service is great but I will say the app is one of the worst I've ever used for edeposits and seeing previous purchase history. It used to be great until about 2 to 3 years ago they updated it and now it takes about 15 attempts for my checks to get deposited. I've attempted to keep track and get the perfect system but no matter what I do I can never have a guaranteed edeposit on a 1 if not less than 5 attempts. Go back to the old system and it's 👌

I'm almost unable to make an e deposit. I'll have my check, input all the info I need to, spend 5-10 minutes taking one picture of the back of the check because for some reason itll unfocus as soon as I try to take the picture, click confirm, and have it canceled because something doesn't I put in "doesn't match the check". I've had this account for about 2 months. I've been able to cache ONE check, ONE. Aside from that it's overall not a bad app but it's super clunky, feels like it's from 2004.
