The product and this app don't work. The remote comes with the device is always a pain to get working. update the app no longer can find my hub so I cant control nothing, waste of money

I doubt anyone at harmony will offer help, but on this news tablet. (honor) I just see a harmony logo after verifying my configuration. it still works on my old tablet so it must be this app.
