2024-03-27	ju*****	Very reliable. A+. charge lasts 10/11 days. Highly recommend! The only note would be that the cell service is very hard to hear in my work van that has road noise but should be awesome in a more standard vehicle. The magnet is very strong and has never moved from where I place it. Great product/service.

2024-03-27	Pa*****	Excellent service and products. Haven't been disappointed once. Was easy to set up, works perfectly, battery lasts between 7 and 10 days. Been using it for over a year and the few times I've had issues they've helped quickly and always resolved it fast. Yes at&t sucks but all carriers do so we live with it.

2023-12-06	Lo*****	I couldn't hear anything with the voice recorder on the GPS. It was extremely loud static and not much voice or clarity in conversations. The GPS box was located within 3 feet from their face, and you couldn't understand a thing they said, extremely frustrating. If I called and they were not driving, but in the truck talking, I could hear pretty much everything. If I called and did 10 minutes the app would take away double or more. You use 20 min they take 45 min. Didn't like that at all

2023-03-25	An*****	Audio never worked * other options work great- purchased two devices. It took 2 weeks to get one online. I paid for audio on this one, 3 times. It never worked however Logistimatics said it was working. No refund, nothing to show when I made calls to the device. Location great - time stamp great - accuracy excellent but no audio. I purchased these because they said audio on devices. Don't pay for something you can't use.

2022-12-16	E *****	Horrible app...used to be good before the updates. It's actually a waste of money for the most part. They're rarely accurate about anything. By the time it updates at the end of the day, it's as if your vehicle hasn't left home the entire day. Then when you stay home all day, it'll say you've exited and entered your geo fence over 10 times throughout the day. Its just a bunch of unstable inaccurate bullshyt now. At this point they're just taking free money from us.

2022-10-16	Ly*****	Totally destroyed the usability, accuracy and functionality by "updating our experience" as others have already stated. Tracker will no longer retain its GPS fix as it had before. What would show me an accuracy of a specific parking spot in a lot now bounces all over the place. A vehicle in a geofence sends multiple reports as leaving and entering it due to its loss of GPS fix. The bad reviews all ask you to contact them at an offline email to hide the fact of lost quality in this service here.

2022-10-13	CT*****	This app was great....every since they updated, info is inaccurate and keeps skipping to the exact location when trying to zoom into places stopped. Incorrect times and incorrect route diagram the majority of the time the route is in the woods i stead of on the road. Please get this back up and running. And please add a customer service phone number. It takes customer service 2 weeks to get back to you through there system.

The alerts screen used to show ignition off and on events. Now it only reads "alarm" with no other details. If you're zoomed in on the map view, the next time it updates, it zooms you right back out. Very annoying! Hey Logistamatics... Don't release buggy software. Restore the old one until you're done!

Keeps showing Cuba time zone won't let me change it, does not show the mph correctly nor the correct time, it shows -298 minutes ago. Does not report every 30 seconds anymore..What the heck is that? Safety is a big issue now. Wish i could undo the update. Might have to look into another brand and carrier. 😔

I have to turn them on every time I go into the tracker, even after selecting the check mark before exiting.Doesn't show battery percentage on active trackers screen anymore.Tracking dots used to be red now they are black so it' harder to see in satellite view.phone minutes have disappeared.
