Daily forklift management is easy and fast with Forklift Manager.

With Forklift Manager, you can see all forklifts that are serviced by Logisnext Finland Oy, take a closer look at an individual forklift and quickly order maintenance.

Ordering maintenance is made easier when you can place the order either with a user-friendly form, quickly with a QR code or directly by calling us using the application.

In addition to a maintenance order, you can order a repair, safety inspection and cost estimate.

The driver can perform a forklift-specific pre-trip inspection before the start of the work shift, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone. You can review pre-trip inspections that have already been performed.

You can also easily find the most recent and ordered maintenance for each forklift on your phone and see contract information. You can view the entire forklift fleet and see how many forklifts have been serviced during the year.

The latest condition and safety inspection is always available for each forklift, and the report can be easily shared within the organization.

You can name the forklift and add a picture to make it visually easy to find the forklifts.

Setting up Forklift Manager:

The service is free for Logisnext Finland Oy's service customers, but login requires user IDs. By logging in, you can see the forklifts by location. Without a user ID and password, the customer can use Forklift Manager to contact us and view limited forklift information using a QR code.

We need the following information for the user ID and password:

company name, address, user email address and phone number.
