2024-12-29	Ma*****	One of the worst experiences I had shopping. Rude customer service. Their behaviour is not only accepted by their management but supported. I was blocked after I repeatedly demanded my rights after they sent me moldy cheese, rotten papaya and wanted to include more weight for chocolate. After they finally paid refund they sent me email denying that their produce was defective though I sent them proof each time. I did not receive any apology. They denied they charged excessively for meat .
