Very unreliable. Regularly locked me out. Poor user interface with, on the mobile version, difficulty identifying what level each staff member is at. Cannot realistically recommend this app. Our organisation went over to it as it was cheaper than the previous provider, but it was a poor saving...

Useless functionality on the app. Tediously slow to load. Unable to see my teams' shifts at a glance, and at what site they are working at - to find who is on shift on a Thursday I have to scroll through Mon-Wed. Unworkable for our needs, and risks staff safety/welfare as never sure who is supposed to be where. Unable to at a glance to even see what site *I'm* working at. We were promised no loss of function/usability compared to Healthrota. Not true. 0/5
