LocoWin

LocoWin is a weather logging utility for local climate analysis. The software operates strictly client-side without network protocols, telemetry, or predictive modeling.

-Maps sky parameters, temperature limits, precipitation, wind, and brief text annotations.
-Catalogs logs chronologically by month. Historical data fields can be modified at any time.
-Aggregates monthly parameters to calculate temperature averages, rainy days, and fractional sky condition values.
-Scans local files to track the highest, coldest, and wettest entries, alongside the longest log streak and current active sequence.
-Supports conversions between Celsius/Fahrenheit and millimeters/inches.

All data in LocoWin remains isolated inside the device hardware memory files.
