Don't fall for the sales promises. I bought the Relax Plan expecting genuine assistance, but all I got were delays, repeated promises, RM changes, and no meaningful support. Even after escalation, nothing changed. Save your money. If the service doesn't meet your expectations, don't expect a refund they'll simply tell you the plan is non-refundable. Worst experience.
