Lock&Key is a productivity tool that helps users temporarily restrict specific apps on their devices and manage screen time based on rules they define.

Key Features:

Accessibility Service API Usage:

Lock&Key uses the Accessibility Service API permission to provide app blocking and focus tracking features. This permission is technically necessary for the following purposes:

App Detection: Determining which apps are in the foreground (open).

Lock Screen Application: Preventing the use of a restricted app by placing a lock screen over it when it is opened.

Focus Rules: Applying the restriction rules defined by the user for their device at the system level.

Privacy and Security:

Lock&Key does not use the Accessibility API in any way to collect, record, or share personal data with third parties. This service is used solely for the purpose of enabling the application restriction feature, which is a core function of the application. The application is designed in full compliance with the GDPR and related data protection legislation.
