2023-10-16	Sy*****	Really awful customer service. I've been told that my services weren't counted properly and they will reach out to sort it out with supplier. Its already been 2 months. The messages I've sent are left on 'seen'. I've been overcharged highly - almost double the amount we should be normally paying, and ignored since day one. Really awful app, I have to look into citizen advice now to sort it out. Do not recommend at all. A lot of stress and anxiety.

2023-07-24	Ja*****	This app is totally useless and only serves as a glorified notepad. No way to add current services already in place to the app itself and if there are, it isn't clearly explained. Deleting the app and swapping to a whiteboard and pen.

2023-04-06	*****	It's good to have bills all in one place however you cannot contact them if you need to discuss something, my bills went up without my single persons discount and no way of asking them why, things are very expensive currently and this is uneeded stress that could be solved if they provided a contact email/phone number to contact instead. The 'contact support' always says reload page every single time since i started with Acasa. Very confusing app to use without room to add or discuss details.

2023-01-09	Ra*****	Update: even after a month since cancelling (and paying a £130 cancellation bill) I've still got a BT engineer trying to install broadband. I never chose BT and acasa have emailed me saying if I miss this appointment I'll be charged another £130, I've spoken to BT twice now and there's no account for my address. Absolutely do not use acasa!

2022-09-23	Ma*****	I honestly would not recommend this app at all, trying to get through to customer service is a shambles, to them setting the bills up, so far it's been a week and I've not heard a thing from them regarding any setup, yet after a week they are trying to charge me £400 for a service I have not receivedband on top of that the next bill is meant to be out on the 16th next month? How can they charge me twice in less than a month for a service I'm not recieving I don't see how this is justified.

2022-08-08	Ta*****	Doesn't work at all can't even set up Edit : they assured me it would work; and it did, up until the point I had to log in (apparently completing two pages had set up and account for me) No idea what I did for a password so tried the "forgot password" option, apparently my email is invalid yet I can't set up a new account because my email is taken...

2022-02-01	Da*****	A really fantastic app that I wish I existed 20 years ago. I have been using it now for approximately 5 years and it never fails. It makes life so much easier between housemates and now even me and my partner use it also. I recently had an issue with it, which was of our own creation. When I mailed the ACASA customer service team they replied immediately and solved the issue without fuss. I can't recommend this app enough. I

2021-12-14	Me*****	This app is a great tool to help keep are home balanced with your partner or roommates. Simple to use, you add the expense choose the allocation and 'acasa' takes care of the rest. Let me add that support team is great and available to assist! Thank acasa !! You saved me time and some uncomfortable discussions !

2021-07-13	Ka*****	Good idea and we use it all the time as useful, BUT very annoying that it doesn't automatically generate how much the other person owes if you enter the total amount spent and your share. You have to calculate and input yourself what each person owes and can take ages because it makes errors typing the numbers in sometimes. If you fixed this it would make the app much better. Also would be good if you can see an overview of how much each person spent in a week / month year, for budgeting thanks
