Customer service don't answer your questions and ignore you when you want to cancel the service. Had to set up broadband with alternate provider and they charge almost double what your bills would normally cost. Avoid.

Really awful customer service. I've been told that my services weren't counted properly and they will reach out to sort it out with supplier. Its already been 2 months. The messages I've sent are left on 'seen'. I've been overcharged highly - almost double the amount we should be normally paying, and ignored since day one. Really awful app, I have to look into citizen advice now to sort it out. Do not recommend at all. A lot of stress and anxiety.
