Loca-Sys : GPS de flotte

Your vehicles, live, in your pocket.

Loca-Sys is the Moroccan GPS tracking and fleet management platform designed for car rental agencies and transportation companies. A device installed in each vehicle, an app on your phone: you know where your cars are, what they're doing, and what they cost you.

VIEW
All your vehicles on a map, in real time. Position, speed, ignition status, address. Search for a vehicle or address, get directions to the car, share a location with a tap. Map or satellite view.

PROTECT
You're notified on your phone, even with the app closed, when something unusual happens: speeding, leaving a restricted zone, impact, power outage, device removal, or contactless movement. You choose which alerts you want to receive. In case of theft, remote engine shutdown is available on compatible vehicles.

DECIDE
Daily trip history, with a replay of the actual route taken on the map—the path the car took, not a recalculated route. Distance, driving time, stop time, maximum speed: measured figures, not estimates. PDF report per vehicle and fleet report for the period of your choice, ready to send to a client, insurer, or driver.

RATE DRIVING
Each rental receives a rating out of 10, calculated based on the actual measured speed and the speed limit for the road traveled. The details are read aloud to a renter: each speeding violation is dated, located, and ranked by severity and duration. Mileage is never counted as an offense. When the data is insufficient for a rating, the application indicates this instead of generating a false score.

MANAGE
Oil changes calculated based on the vehicle's actual mileage, vehicle inspections, insurance, and lease terminations: each deadline is tracked and alerts you before an incident occurs. Renter name and documents associated with each vehicle.

DESIGNED FOR MOROCCO
Application available in French, Arabic, and English. Prices displayed, installation and support in Morocco, dedicated server. Loca-Sys is published by Perfect Rent: we develop our own platform, we don't resell someone else's.

HOW IT WORKS
Loca-Sys works with a GPS device installed in each vehicle. Access to the application is included with the subscription: contact us to equip your fleet and receive your login details. You can explore the application without an account, using a demo fleet, from the login screen.

PRIVACY
The application never uses your phone's location. The displayed positions come solely from the devices installed in the vehicles. Each client only sees their own vehicles.

Tracking company vehicles indirectly allows for the location of their drivers: it is the responsibility of each company to inform its drivers and renters, in accordance with Law 09-08.
