User Reviews

Users appreciate PC Health app for managing prescriptions and accessing various health programs with reward points. However, multiple reviews mention frustration with app glitches, slow login, and sign-in issues. The points system is seen as stingy, only awarding points on first completion, with reduced values and lack of repeated point opportunities. A common complaint is the inability to track completed programs easily, causing repeated enrollments. Users also dislike forced notification prompts and feel there is insufficient new content. Account management and lack of delivery options add to usability concerns.
Pros
  • Allows users to manage prescriptions through the app.
  • Offers a variety of health programs and educational courses.
  • Provides a points system for completing health programs and activities.
  • Helps users learn and track some aspects of health and wellness.
  • The app is improved over time with bug fixes and updates.
Cons
  • App has frequent glitches, freezing, and slow performance, especially with login and two-step verification.
  • Points system is frustrating: points are only awarded on first completion of programs with no points for repeats, and point values have been reduced significantly over time.
  • Lack of clarity and functionality in tracking completed programs; users cannot easily see which programs they have finished.
  • App forces notification permissions and repeatedly requests enabling notifications, which annoys users.
  • Limited new content and health programs; users feel restricted and unable to find new programs to earn points.
  • Issues with account management, including being locked out or inability to transfer prescriptions between accounts.
  • No functionality for requesting medication delivery through the app, causing inconvenience.
Recent reviews
Since my last review 2 years ago, the app has shown little improvement. Although now, I can use it for my pharmacy, the app is slow to respond and seems to lock up when logging in. Once I logged out after just using it, it would not let me login again. It just indicated that it was trying, but nothing. Very frustrating app to use.

This app is not great and continues not to tell you which programs you have already completed before starting them. This has been a mess ever since they only started granting points on the first completion. Also, not enough new programs being released.
