2025-01-23	El*****	It only worked the first time I used the app. Any subsequent attempts to use it have been frustrating. It lags so much that I can't see any messages or access the dashboard to upload documents. Even uninstall/reinstall doesn't fix this issue.

2022-01-12	Gr*****	Great idea but so far nothing works! Was really looking forward to streamlining the application process through the use of this app however so far the experience has been woeful. I cannot upload files, nor does it capture the sent messages. Will have to revert to email! Fix ASAP please.

2021-11-15	Di*****	This app is rubbish. I can't upload documents with it. It's got so much lag that you can't see if a message is sent so you end up repeating yourself. There's no push notifications to alert you additional documents have been requested. Stick to using the website. I've given this feedback via the app (!) to loans com.au
