2024-11-27	Er*****	Does not let you sign up and create a password in beginning of the app by the time you're feeling it out in the middle of the app and you lose your page you cannot go back and sign in because you have no password. And you cannot restart where you left off once you lose your page you cannot hit the back button and go back to it or anything and it's like pulling teeth to try and get back to where you were

2024-11-18	J *****	Was paying tried sending on jobs that took multiple days. They financially punish you. They penalized you for their unprofessionalism. The take your money and make you appeal for it back. The list goes on then I begged to keep contracting on to realize I better on my on.

2024-11-14	Ky*****	There is no transparency from the "dispatchers" or admin. The jobs pay about half of what the company charges, jobs are next to impossible to accept. Barely any weekend work for the side hustlers. The app would be great if they knew what they were doing.

2024-11-07	Eu*****	This app has made it next to impossible for my husband to accept orders even after purchasing a subscription. When reaching out to the support team their solution is always uninstall and reinstall the app. Nothing really gets fixed. We started off really good without having a subscription and would get a good weeks earning and now we aren't making next to nothing. Now with the new tier system going into play giving the higher tiers first access to orders we will never get work again.

2024-10-10	ca*****	I signed a medium load order to be collected today. The photo in the description showed some items to be collected. When I arrived at the location, I found a large load with items that did not even appear in the photo. Even so, I started loading my Cargo Van, which I did until I reached the maximum load and weight capacity. I called Support and explained the whole situation. I was authorized to close the order with the items I had already picked up and was informed that I would be paid normally

The app will send you notifications only if you move your phone around in your hands, get notifications but they are always way to old and gone, but you don't get notifications unless you pickup your phone. You must marry your phone to get gigs in this app. It shouldn't be legal, not sure if it actually is. I'm in the highest teir in my area, and i do not get first pickings like i pay for.

2024-08-30	Ta*****	We love the app and Loadup the only problem we are having is when the client goes to sign it is refreshing the signature page making it very difficult to get a signature. The clients are getting frustrated after trying multiple times to sign and it keeps closing.

2024-07-30	Je*****	Why do they not take into consideratiom the cost of dumping and mattress fees? Itd be so simple to add the fee to charge the customer. If youre paying me 60 bucks to haul a mattress that costs $50 to dispose of then you should charge the customer $110 plus your finders fee. Also the app is extreamlu glitchy. Im located in CO but the map places me in GA even when i put it back it still puts me all the way accross the country. And when i click on a job it gives an error code 9xs/10. Worst app ever
