With OwnersBook, you can invest from 10,000 yen in projects carefully selected by real estate professionals.

■ Features of OwnersBook

● Two types of projects: Loan-type and Equity-type
Loan-type: Using funds raised through crowdfunding, loans are provided to companies that want to borrow money, using real estate as collateral. Investors receive interest and principal on their loans as dividends and return of their investment from OwnersBook.

Equity Type: Using funds raised through crowdfunding, real estate trust beneficiary rights and equity interests are acquired through one or more Special Purpose Companies (SPCs). Investors receive rental income from the property's operation and capital gains from the sale of managed assets as dividends from OwnersBook.

● Loan Type: All projects are secured by real estate.
All loan-type investment projects are secured by real estate carefully selected by real estate professionals. Furthermore, by setting the LTV (Loan to Value) at 80% or less, the risk of price decline due to market fluctuations when the secured real estate is sold is reduced.

● Loan Type: Investments starting from 10,000 yen are possible.
Loan-type investments allow for small investments starting from 10,000 yen, accommodating those who wish to start small. Minimum investment amounts for equity-type projects vary depending on the project.

● Expected annual yield is 4.2% to 5.9% (*1)
This offers a higher return compared to current time deposits and government bonds for individual investors. OwnersBook generally pays dividends every three months. (If there are no interest payments, no dividend may be paid.)
