Calma

Calm is an app of affirmations and short exercises organized by anxiety-related situations.

The content is divided into eight categories:

- Breathing and calming the body
- Racing thoughts
- Social anxiety
- Panic attacks
- Anticipatory anxiety
- Nighttime anxiety and sleep
- Grounding in the present
- Self-compassion in difficult times

During the initial setup, the user chooses the categories of interest and how often they want to practice, and the app creates a daily selection of affirmations based on those choices.

– Saving favorite affirmations
– Space to write your own affirmations
– Section for personal goals and thoughts, which can be marked as accomplished
– Tracking streaks of consecutive days of use
– Configurable daily reminders
– Google login to sync saved content across devices

The free version provides access to a selection of categories. The premium subscription unlocks all eight categories.
