2023-08-08	Na*****	Livpure is one of the Worst services. No staff or service person is coming to clear up the issue with my purifier. The request has been open for 10 days. I did pay for the contract with you guys, and since 10 days, the machine has not worked. I'm going to dismantle and trash the machine, and You have to pay me the amount back. I'm not going to leave as simply as this; I will go legally if required. Just installed this app to put this worst best review, see how much I have got frustrated.

2022-10-27	SA*****	Ordered RO from livepure website 35 days back and the product has not yet delivered even after reaching the destination city for 4 weeks. Neither there is option to cancel the order and get refund nor they deliver the product. Pathetic service. Worst experience from livpure. Fed up with Multiple follow-ups. Now the delivery status is showing return to seller for security reasons

He promised that we will get 2 filters changed twice in a year and now when I am asking to change he is denying that it is 1 year and saying to mail the live pure team and he mentioned that terms and conditions has changed now. In mail nobody is responding properly and giving an automated response everytime.

2022-07-11	Bh*****	This app keeps crashing during initial configuration (Connecting App with Purifier) is something that can't be achieved and hence its not at all useful for me. I tried using this app on 2 devices both working on Android but same outcome.

Pathetic to the point that I do not understand why this organisation has chosen an essential service i.e. water. Everytime I recharged, it took 8-10 days to reflect. Even the 1st time, they came to install the product after a month of my purchase. Twice I faced issues with installation after that, almost impossible to reach customer service.

2021-12-09	Sa*****	Update : App started working again after update(may be downgrade by livpure). It is now showing all the information correctly. Latest Livpure app for Android not working for my Zinger Smart purifier, it is showing Bluetooth connectivity only, however this purifier have inbuilt SIM for connectivity, older version(v2.6.21) of the app getting connected properly and also showing all the details, like water consumption, filter life. Please fix this.

2021-05-22	K *****	Doesn't connect with my RO unit at all, tried asking the installation engineer. He didn't know anything about the app at all. He told me to ask customer care. Ridiculous engineer, took numerous calls for installation also. Great RO machine, no problems whatsoever. Only installation guys are horrible and unfriendly.
