I had to change my cell phone to one that is on their approved list. Now everything is working fine so far.

Really on the fence about these. the traditional hearing aid have come a long way with technology and affordability. I found these take time to get use to and I am giving it a lot of time. Customer service has been pretty good, they have not responded to my last request to try to get a more natural sound and I guess this is what I am stuck with. My audiologist seem to lack a bed side manner. She wasn't 100% focused on my during our first appointment and made me feel like I had interrupted her.
