Interfejs przypomina feed społecznościowy, choć oczekuję prostej komunikacji z placówką, a nie facebooka. Powiadomień jest za dużo, wszystkie wpadają do jednej kategorii i nie da się ich odfiltrować, więc musiałem je wyłączyć. Rozliczenia powinny być dostępne jako PDF. Brak powiadomień e‑mail i brak trybu ciemnego to kolejne zaskakujące braki. UX jest mało czytelny, nie dla rodziców szukających szybkiego info.

We requested a refund and they blocked our numbers and ignored us completely. Is this company a scam? If it's not it definitely acts like one.
