LF Connect

LiveForge Connect is the application for internet service provider teams using the LiveForge platform. It brings to the mobile phones what technicians, supervisors, and customer service representatives need during the workday.

• Service orders: daily schedule, installations and calls, step-by-step execution, photos, customer signature, and equipment provisioning.

• Customers: data consultation, plan, connection, and history, with the same permissions as the dashboard.

• Internal chat: team conversations and groups, with photos, audio, quotes, and read receipts.

• Home: field tools, such as free ports in the CTO with live connection monitoring and availability search with customer registration.

Access is exclusive to employees registered by the provider. There is no public registration.
