2024-07-30	Ru*****	Awful. Simply doesnt work. Just says its scanning for files, and calculating duration. It did once finish scanning and said it would take 11 days to back up, and attempted to do so at about 250kp/s....! i have superfast wifi, no such issues on any other device or app. My phone has about 300gb of data, not excessive these days. After a day, it failed having got through 7% of the files, and refused to restart. Its never got to actually backing up again, just "scanning". Waste of time and money.

It has an outdated music playlist function (which I can't figure how to use), most people use music streaming services these days. File uploads one at a time?? Really basic stuff missing. I'm upset I was bamboozled into buying this and now I'm stuck with it for 3 years. I will not be renewing. I've marked the date in my calendar.

2024-03-11	Pa*****	2024: still just as awful as my original review. Slow, disconnects, doesn't back-up, hard to find files, files corrupt. Do not use this service. It is astonishing that Currys are letting their name anywhere near this service. 2022: Mobile backup still does not work. Please don't fall into the trap of using and paying for this. Avoid at all costs.

2023-06-02	Di*****	Have Samsung Note 10 with over 250gb of Photos and video which is still uploading. Once you loose WiFi then the problem start. Scaning for photos and nothing happens even if I leave it all night. Developer need to learn how it's been done with other apps. Need a fix as it has been going on for a month now

2023-05-16	sh*****	I have NEVER been able to understand where my photos are. I get a list on my mobile which are too small to view, cant seem to delete some of the rubbish that does get uploaded. Im scared not to renew my app because then i have totally lost access to my photos. To say its a nightmare is a huge understatement No one has contacted me and now amother years payment is due

2023-02-25	Gr*****	Since this latest update the app has lost the name of my device and i sists i start a new one (the old name and files still exist online) but now when it runs its not giving me any options to choose folders to include/exclude (im sure it did before) and refuses to back up anything from before 2023.....not good and does not give me any confidence. The interface has never inproved beyond very basic and im glad I also run mycloud backups onto my own NAS.
