2023-08-05	Ja*****	The app doesn't allow setting up and connecting to radiators on my Samsung S10e. However, I was able to connect the radiators to wifi using my partner' Pixel 4A, which meant that they were then visible and controllable from my phone. I did previously contact Rointe customer services, who will try and change router settings etc (i.e. follow the script), but there is a fundamental issue or settings with this app and Samsung compatibility.

2023-03-24	St*****	Awful. Cannot get it to work at all. Will not go passed the WiFi settings. Am very tech savvy but this is useless. Not a smart radiator anymore and for what I paid it will be going back for a refund
