However, recurring issues dominate: frequent login failures, app crashes and slow performance after updates, and per-transaction fees. Balance visibility and transaction order can be incorrect, and the app often prompts to re-link or re-add accounts. When working, it’s convenient; when not, it’s unreliable and frustrating.

This app is not free, do not be fooled. They charge an absurd amount of money trying to be the middle man for school meals. Shame on them and the school for allowing this to happen. I will make it my sole mission to remove this app from my school kids school district.
