Link pharma

The Link Pharma app aims to facilitate access to medications and pharmaceutical services, connecting all stakeholders in the pharmaceutical ecosystem—from pharmacies and suppliers to distributors and delivery drivers.

The app is divided into four main sections, in addition to supporting sub-sections for development and communication.

Main Sections

1. Image Search
This section allows users to easily search for any medication by:

○ Photographing the prescription or medication container.

○ Uploading the image without registering on the app to simplify the search process. Only the phone number is required for pharmacies to contact you if needed.

○ Displaying the names of pharmacies that have the requested medication.

2. Pharmacy Section
After registering and approving the pharmacy within the system,

the pharmacy owner or manager can benefit from a range of features:

○ Viewing all registered pharmaceutical companies and distributors within the specified state.

○ Following daily updates and the latest available items.

○ Creating orders and tracking their status until delivery. ○ Receive notifications when users search for a medication available at the pharmacy, with the option to reply "Yes" to confirm availability.

3. Distribution Companies Section
This section is dedicated to pharmaceutical distribution companies after registration and accreditation on the application. It allows them to:

○ Manage and continuously update their price list.

○ Add or remove items based on available stock.

○ Receive orders from pharmacies, specify the appropriate delivery method, and communicate with and change order statuses.

4. Delivery Drivers Section
If delivery is chosen through the application's services, orders are displayed in the list of approved drivers after they log in.

Through this section, drivers can:
○ Receive orders directly from distribution companies if delivery is selected via Link Pharma.

○ Deliver orders to the required location.

○ Update the order status upon delivery to ensure accurate and seamless tracking.

Additional Sections

1. Additional Services Section
This section includes a set of new services currently under development in collaboration with partners and users, to expand benefits and enhance the user experience.

2. Suggestions and Support Section

The application welcomes all suggestions and ideas that contribute to its development and performance improvement.

This section also allows direct communication with the technical and administrative support team to provide feedback or request assistance.

The Link Pharma application aims to build an integrated digital system that facilitates access to medication and supports pharmacies, distribution companies, and delivery drivers in performing their work with high efficiency.

The goal is to develop the pharmaceutical sector and simplify daily operations in a way that serves the community and enhances the quality of services.
