LinguStream is a language learning app that helps you learn German and other languages from the content you actually want to watch, read, and listen to.

Instead of limiting you to a fixed library, LinguStream lets you import your own YouTube videos, podcasts, and EPUB books. With one click, you can bring in a YouTube video and its transcript, upload a podcast or audio file for automatic transcription, and turn real content into interactive study material.

As you watch or listen, the text stays synced with the audio. Tap any unfamiliar word to get an instant, context-aware translation and an AI-powered explanation that helps you understand both the meaning and the sentence structure.

You can save new words to build your own vocabulary list as you learn. Your saved vocabulary stays available across videos, podcasts, and books, so your learning carries over from one piece of content to the next. To help you remember what you learn, LinguStream includes spaced repetition flashcards based on the SM-2 method.
