User Reviews

Very dissatisfied with the company's dealings. The company does not, in my experience, treat interpreters fairly or transparently. When bookings are offered, important information regarding payment is not clearly disclosed in advance, including the applicable rates, mileage allowances, travel-time payments, and limits on expenses. Interpreters may accept assignments requiring several hours of travel and journeys covering considerable distances without being informed of these restrictions
