LINDERA Mobility Analysis via App

The LINDERA Mobility Analysis App is a certified medical device designed to detect and reduce fall risks in individuals aged 60 and older. Scientifically validated, the app uses precise AI-based gait analysis and asks questions about health and daily life. Based on this data, the app determines individual fall risk and identifies contributing factors, generating a specific action plan to reduce or stabilize the risk.

Key Features:

• Fall Risk Analysis: Analyzes eight gait parameters and health- and lifestyle-related factors to assess individual fall risk.
• Specific Recommendations: Up to 12 actionable recommendations per analysis to prevent falls and maintain mobility.
• 29 Training Sessions: Video and audio-guided exercises tailored for seniors to support targeted mobility training.
• Regular Analyses: Track progress with each follow-up analysis and receive an updated, personalized action plan with up to 12 recommendations.
• Data Export: Results can be exported in PDF or FHiR-XML format for sharing with healthcare professionals.
• Easy Integration for Care Professionals: Seamless integration into existing documentation systems in professional care settings.

Target Audience:

• Individuals aged 60 and older: To stabilize mobility and reduce fall risks for a longer, independent life.
• Family Caregivers: Support for analyzing and implementing targeted measures to maintain mobility.
• Care Professionals: Analysis and action planning in line with guidelines and SIS (structured information collection).

App Access:

• Individuals and their relatives can select between “Self-Payer” or “DiPA” options during the registration process.

App Usage:

1. Download and register in the app.
2. Create a profile: Provide personal details and information about living conditions.
3. Analyze gait: Walk a 3-meter stretch in front of the camera. Ideally, stand up from a chair, walk, turn around, and sit back down.
4. Answer questions about health and daily life.
5. Receive the mobility analysis and action plan within 15 minutes.
