Mandatory access to my GPS location. Cabs have worked for a century without this. Gross and invasive. Petition to lose business license with this. Cabs are a business, they can wait on customers like every other business. Knowing where a customer is is super gross and creepy considering multiple yellow cab drivers have groped drunk passengers.

App is garbage, thanks to the impossible captcha. Even IF you get it, the time allowed to enter the code is way too short. So..an endless cycle of frustration. Why not use 2fa instead - that might reduce work pressure at the call centre as well, and make them a little more friendly.
