Liberty has made rides very difficult since we no longer have designated drivers for Standing Orders. A lot longer wait times and makes me want to get a new company for my regular medical service. I used to like knowing I could count on a driver. Since the change 4 of my rides were confused and wrong. 3x no one even came tho the Operator insisted a driver was coming. Very frustrating. Unfair to their drivers as well. I no longer get calls telling me when my driver is coming either. Just 2x.
