My booking was confirmed but not a driver. After 45 mins I still didn't have a driver confirmed so I canceled. The estimated total was $10.80 and they charged me $20.00 for absolutely nothing. There was never a confirmed driver so 20 dollars seems excessive. Not happy at all

Great for efficiency, however the app stretches the truth with regards to your pre-pay estimate and the drivers more often than not, end up driving extra, fooling you with "alternate routes", to steal more money out of your low budget pocket. *NOT COOL*. The developers *NEED* to accommodate the app for traffic business, by estimating *MORE* than what is currently displayed (especially around western holidays), so that people can better budget and not get screwed, nearly *EVERY TIME*.
